Venue: Private setting – 1 to 2 tables (Any size, but 9 foot recommended)

Recommended # of Students: The general “rule of thumb” is 4 players maximum with 1 table and 8 players maximum with 2 tables.

NOTE: “DR. CUE”® WILL CONSIDER SKILL LEVELS AND FEEDBACK FROM STUDENTS
FOR AN APPROPRIATE COVERAGE TO EACH POINT OUTLINED BELOW.
EACH “ARTISTIC POOL” CLINIC CONFIRMED WILL BE 6 HOURS IN LENGTH…
PRESENTED IN TWO 3-HOUR TIME SESSIONS.

2. EQUIPMENT
A. Cues used and accessories for specific shots

C. Preparation of cues, balls, cloth, etc.
D. Understanding of table grid process
E. Lighting factors and competition venues
3. “STRUCTURAL MECHANICS” AND MENTAL “TUNING”
A. Pre-shot routine/mental preparation
B. Alignment systems for “artistic shots”
C. Stroke systems for “artistic shots”
D. Practice process prior to competition
4. TIP/ENGLISH APPLICATION, SPEEDS, AND CUE ANGLES
A. Techniques for “wrist” acceleration and follow thru
B. Running English & alternate “specific” spins
C. Reading personality of table and adjustments
D. Cue angle development with accuracy
5. SHOT/CHALLENGE SETUP, TIPS, AND JUDGING RESULTS

7. “HANDS ON” TIME AT TABLE(S) FOR STUDENTS TO TRY SHOTS/CHALLENGES
A. Each student will “team up” with a fellow “artistic pool” student in a special format
B. Dr. Cue® will oversee and help any student needing assistance

SPECIAL NOTE: “Dr. Cue’s”® method of teaching for his Academy Clinics includes a personal point-by-point presentation of the specific outline of instruction. Those in attendance may ask any question on the topics covered at any time, but limited time
Is allowed for students to come to the table until point 7 of outline above is done.

ARTISTIC POOL CLINIC COST: $600.00 (shared), plus applicable costs for travel & lodging

NOTE: The Academy Clinic will end with “Dr. Cue”® doing a few of his favorite shots, and each student being presented with a special “certificate of completion”!!
