Artistic Pool

     The dawn of a new millennium, like a New Year's resolution, has energized me to establish an informational website for "ARTISTIC POOL", "DR. CUE"® PROMOTIONS, and RACK UP A VICTORY concepts/products. As many of you know, a resolution to change or enhance some aspect of our life often remains unfulfilled…after a few months, days, or even hours of good intent. Our incentive is subdued for whatever reason, and…so the story goes!!
     I believe the key to any long-term commitment or resolution for eventual success is a spurring drive and crusading attitude in the goals to be attained. This website is the result of over 30+ years of billiard industry attachment and professional entertainment/education attraction. It all started in my early days as a "rack boy", and continues in the current journey of "Dr. Cue"® and "Ms. Cue". My wife, Marty, has acquired the moniker of "Ms. Cue". She is my professional agent…booking the shows and driving over 90% of the time to our contracted sites. We refer to her job description as "wheel and deal". "Dr. Cue"® performs the shows/clinics and handles the financial "books" of the company. His job description is commonly referred to as "show and tell".
     The primary incentive for me to do this site is my spiritual obligation…through the gifts God has blessed me with and a compelling feeling to express them in print…so that all may know His goodness, loving care, and concern for each of us. I feel that making others aware of a higher power over our game and life is vital. In addition, requests from friends, family, and business associations to establish this site…for many years now…has become a driving catalyst in my final plans to do it. A personal "burning" desire to inspire players in a positive and highly spirited approach to our game/sport is long overdue.
     Anyone seeking direction in their personal game or life will find helpful articles…for improvement in their respective skill levels, enhancement to their quality of life, and general reading enjoyment. Another major and pressing necessity within the pages of this site is to inform the fans, players, and general market readers about credible and documented open "artistic pool" competitions worldwide.
     We have had an unbelievable spiritual accent of blessings and supernatural guidance through it all!! I feel an intense urge to "give back" to those that have helped us along the way, and the thousands of "Dr. Cue"®/ "Ms. Cue" fans worldwide…that have supported, recognized, and encouraged us in our career work.
